How is the programme delivered?

It’s 100% online, so you can work  with us from anywhere in the world! Within the training app you will have an in-depth video demonstration for all exercises so you’re never in the dark.

Will I get one to one with Reece?

Yes, through the private coaching app, community group, our in-depth analysis check-ins and you will have my personal whatsapp  for anything you need.

How much time will I need to dedicate to the programme?

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 workouts per week alongside the step targets we agree together.Nutritionally, I will advise on the most effective use for your time.

Is there a commitment period?

We have a 16 week commitment period to ENSURE world-class results, From there we can just roll on for however long you see value! (most clients stay with us for between 12-16 months)
